CCEC Credit Union has upgraded to the newest version of MemberDirect® Internet Banking. There are many new features and improvements:
• Cheque images are available - just click on Cheque in your Account Transactions to view them.
• Bill Payments are easier and more streamlined.
• Recurring (automatic) transfers from your account can be viewed on-line and you can set up new ones.
• Email security from MemberDirect® to CCEC has been enhanced for your protection.
• You can download your account transaction history to the program of your choice, including Excel®. To access this feature you must now click on Account Activity, the second button on the left navigation. Click on the pull down menus to set up.
• You can view up to one year of your transaction history.
• There are direct live links to MasterCard® and Ethical Funds®, for those with a CCEC Credit Card or an EFI account.
The Account Activity screen allows you to search your account for selected transactions. For example, you can search for cheques, or for bill payments.
To log on, simply use your existing Personal Access Code (PAC). You no longer have to enter a branch number. If you are a first time user and need a PAC, please call us during business hours at the credit union to have one assigned to you.
If you had a PAC with only 4 digits/characters on the last system, please call us to have a new one activated as a 4-digit PAC will no longer work for security reasons. The minimum amount of characters is now 5 to a maximum of 8. We are sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused you.
